Lapilanders account closed and no withdrawal

Hi

I had very detailed and malicious verification in lapilanders. They asked me for a lot of documents( ID, driver's licencse, selfie with id, selfie with driver's license, proof of residence, proof of my mobile phone), I sent it to them, they approved it and I made a withdrawal request. And then they asked for another document (for example 2nd identity docs like drive's license, or another selfie with another ID etc.) - I sent it, they approved and I made a withdrawal request again...and again they cancelled my withdrawal and asked for another document.

After few such a situations I joined to livechat and after my words... they closed my account and said they will withdraw my money.

But I am already waiting more than 14 days and they still haven't made a withdrawal, I wrote a few times to support and they keep writing "we will submit your case to the relevant department, please be patient".

I did everything I could - I delivered every document and they approved all of them, now I can only wait for withdrawal, but they aren't able to make a withdrawal request for more than 14 days - something wrong is going on.

Please help me... they owe me ~1150euros
