Kept rejecting withdrawals
Hello ASKGAMBLERS,
this casino kept teasing me a in a really bad way.
I've trying to withdraw 3750 Euro for almost 3 Weeks now. I've been fully verified since 3 Weeks but they kept rejecting withdrawals with real suspectical behave.
I do get 2k Euro out already and i'm trying to finsih it with the last outstanding 1750 Euro.
After Days, they sent me an Email and asking me to proof the ownership of my mobile phone number. I can't provide it because i'm using a family card which is registered by the main card from my partner. Thats my phone number but it is running in a deutsche telekom family card contract. I sent them the montly invoice and after days i've been told it was denied because my name wasn't on the document. But they kept rejecting all withdrawals without a reason.
I wont provide any 3rd People Data to proof thats my Phone Number - they already wanted to get a uncovered bank account statement. They didn't accept the coverage of transactions and bank account balance. They dont care about the data privacy of their customers and violate it.
I'm so done with this casino. In the last 6 years, not a single online casino was asking to proof the ownership of my mobile number. They just ignore my Information and avoiding the withdrawals.
They always try to find a new reason to reject the payments.
They always wait 3-4 Days to proceed a withdrawal.
