Keep rejecting withdrawals
Hello,
Lapilanders sportsbook still rejects my withdrawal.
I've trying to withdraw my 316.78 euros and they have cancelled it 2 times. I've been fully verified since before I made my first deposit on their website. I had sent them my passport picture, my electricity bill and a photo of my credit card. It's my first deposit that I requested on their website.
After the first cancelled wihdraw, they sent me an emal and ask me to send a selfie of me hanging my passport near my face.
I sent it to them and when this document approved I requested second time a withdaw.
After 2 days of my request the withdwa cancelled again. I contacted the live chat and told me this:
- We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account.
Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.
We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame.
I am fed up with this activity. I hope that this case will be solved as soon as possible as soon as possible, which is why I wanted this case to be public here. I attached a picture, where you can see that I'm fully verified and also have send 4 documents that i mentioned before.
