Keep rejecting withdrawals

Hello,

Lapilanders sportsbook still rejects my withdrawal.
I've trying to withdraw my 316.78 euros and they have cancelled it 2 times. I've been fully verified since before I made my first deposit on their website. I had sent them my passport picture, my electricity bill and a photo of my credit card. It's my first deposit that I requested on their website.

After the first cancelled wihdraw, they sent me an emal and ask me to send a selfie of me hanging my passport near my face.
I sent it to them and when this document approved I requested second time a withdaw.
After 2 days of my request the withdwa cancelled again. I contacted the live chat and told me this:

- We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account.
Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.
We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame.

I am fed up with this activity. I hope that this case will be solved as soon as possible as soon as possible, which is why I wanted this case to be public here. I attached a picture, where you can see that I'm fully verified and also have send 4 documents that i mentioned before.

It's ridiculous that Lapilanders don't want to spread here what is the result of their called ''investigation''.
No worries, I will attach it here in public, so Askgamblers and all the community you can read it and make your own decisions of that.
I would also attach my cancelled by lapilanders transcactions and also my current balance after this ''investigation''.
I have not broke any rules they have in their terms or anything else you could read in their explanations.

This is my warning to everyone here. Don't open an account on Lapilanders. You will have troubles.
MGA now is informed of this and also MADRE and the local police of Malta will be informed that of this scam.
They will investigate this case for sure.
