ignoring the refund


Hello @all!

Try to keep it as short as possible: Was playing on lapilanders.com and did several deposits with 200€ each. Directly after depositing another 200€, my account was suspended.

Getting in touch with the chat-agent, they told me, there is no information from their side possible and I should email. Did so 3 times, without any answer yet within 3 days. Seems I am ignored and no one wants to tell me what happened exactly! Trying to get help now via Askgamblers.com!
