Declining requested documents

I have opened an account at Lapilanders in 2021. After depositing a few times I wanted to withdraw some of my funds to MuchBetter account, but of course you first need to be fully verified. When I tried to upload documents I received a message that there was an error in the upload portal. So I’ve sent the requested documents by email, and some of them where approved. After asking a few times in the chat which extra documents they needed (MuchBetter screenshot and proof of deposits), I have uploaded the requested documents.

However they keep declining it, and I have the feeling that they are delaying my verification.

For me personally it’s very frustrating, because I like their casino and their games, but hopefully they will verify my account quick. I’ve done everything to send them everything I have, but verification at Lapilanders takes a lot of time. I’ve also worked in this industry, and I can understand that they need everything, but when something is declined I prefer to get an email why and what I can do to solve it.

Dear AG team and Lapilanders,

I would like to let you know that lapilanders told me that my account has been verified. I should be able to request a withdrawal, however I have sent all the requested and possible documents (screenshot MuchBetter account and screenshot of payments). A chat representative asked me to send a screenshot from my pc, while MuchBetter doesn’t have the option to log in at a pc. Tomorrow, when my account will be reopened, I will try to request a withdrawal and as soon as I have the funds in my bank account or MuchBetter account I will close this complaint.
