Casino is deliberately delaying my payout of 750 euros

First and foremost, I would like to state that I am a completely new user at LamaBet. I have never previously been a customer or player with them.

I would also like to add that I did not choose to use any bonus whatsoever.

Furthermore, I have completed the entire KYC process in full compliance with all requirements. This process was extensive and included submission of a government-issued ID, a selfie holding the same ID, bank statements, and multiple images of my credit card.

I have now formed the impression that LamaBet has deliberately chosen to delay my withdrawal. Initially, I was informed that it would be processed within 24 hours; this was then extended to 96 hours, and at this point I am no longer receiving clear or definitive responses regarding when my withdrawal will be processed.

From my perspective, this appears to be an obvious case where the company is either attempting to encourage me to cancel the withdrawal in order to wager the funds again, or is unwilling to process entirely legitimate withdrawals.

Having been involved in gambling for 30 years, I issue my strongest possible warning in this case.

Lama Bet cancels my withdrawals 8 times even after I send all documents

I deposited $300 on Lama Bet. I played a lot, I rolled the money over several times (over 3 times) but I started losing and decided to withdraw the remaining $200. I uploaded all the necessary documents for verification in advance and my account was verified. I tried to withdraw the money and they rejected me. I asked in the chat what the problem was and they asked me to send a picture of myself in one hand holding a paper with Lama Bet and the respective day and in the other to hold my ID. I sent it and they rejected me again, this after they approved the document on the site. Since then, I think there have been 8 more times when they continuously rejected me, without writing the reason in the email. In the chat they talk to me as if they were robots, they tell me to send a statement to a credit card that I didn't deposit with anywhere but that appears in the statement of the card that I used to deposit and from which I made the payment. Basically they kept rejecting me because they wanted to see that that transaction on my card made a month before was still between my accounts (it's still between my accounts). I added the money from that card to Revolut through Apple Pay. I entered the transaction and the respective terminals are different from those of my card because it is a security method of those from Apple Pay. The people from Lama bet continuously give me a statement and a picture of that card (which I have and sent) but which ends in the wrong numbers because the real numbers are hidden by them for security (that's what the people from Revolut told me too). I tried to explain this to them and sent proof of payment from both sides which is on the same day and at the same time but I feel like I'm talking to myself, they always repeat the same things and it doesn't solve anything. In addition to that, my payment has been delayed many times for other reasons, it's simply how they want to treat their customers. I still haven't received my money and I don't know what to expect. Last time they kept me on the chat for 20-30 minutes and then hung up.

Withholding verified withdrawal despite submitting all documents

I am submitting this complaint regarding my withdrawal request at Lamabet Casino.

I have 73000$ in my balance, and my account was already verified, yet when I requested to withdraw 1000$, I was asked to provide a selfie for additional verification. I complied immediately. After that, I was asked to provide a screenshot of the account I used to make my deposit. I also provided this document without delay.

Then Lamabet casino asked me for video verification. I passed this verification as well and was notified via email that I passed verification.

As of [04/09], my withdrawal has still not been processed, and I have not received any clear timeline for when the funds will be released.

I am concerned that Lamabet may be delaying my withdrawal unnecessarily, despite providing all the requested verification documents. I am requesting assistance from AskGamblers to ensure that my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.

I've created withdrawals on Sep 1, after which I passed all verification steps. Now Lamabet just kept insisting on my withdrawals and saying that they are self-based, accepting all withdrawals. They have also mentioned that company limits are changed to 2500 euros per week, but in the terms and conditions, it is still 5000 euros.

Note: Before this win, all my withdrawals were accepted within a day.

What I request from the casino:

• Immediate processing of my withdrawals as mentioned in terms and conditions (5000 euros per week, 20000 euros per month)

• A clear explanation of why repeated document requests were necessary despite my account being verified

I am a genuine player who has fully complied with all requests. I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and ensuring I receive my rightful winnings.

LamaBet Locked My Funds After Deposit Refuses Withdrawal

I opened my account with LamaBet in early April, about a month and a half ago.

Right after registering, I made a deposit of €290. As soon as the deposit was confirmed, I went to place a sports bet — only to find that my maximum stake was less than €1.

I immediately emailed support to ask why my stake was restricted right after making a deposit, before I even had a chance to place a single bet. They replied that such changes can happen without prior notice.

I responded, asking why a brand-new customer who just joined and deposited funds would be immediately restricted from using the sportsbook? I told them that in that case, I would like to withdraw my money.

They replied that I first needed to complete account verification and provided a list of documents required.

This started a back-and-forth of over 30 emails, during which I submitted all the documents they requested — in every possible format. For example, they requested proof of address in Latin script, even though the official writing system in my country is Cyrillic. I had initially submitted an electricity bill issued by the national power company (EPS), but I ended up providing what they asked for anyway.

Then they insisted I change the order of the date format for my selfie verification.

Eventually, we completed the verification process and they told me to submit a new withdrawal request. I did — and it was again rejected.

I contacted them once more asking why my withdrawal had been declined. They replied that I needed to wager my deposit 3x before I could withdraw.

I responded to that email saying:

“It seems you're not familiar with my case history, so let me repeat:

My stake is limited to the minimum,

I have completed the full verification process,

You instructed me to submit a new withdrawal after that — and now you're denying it again.”

I also told them that if they require wagering, they should at least allow me to place regular bets.

Their next response simply repeated the same thing:

"You need to wager your deposit 3x."

So I replied again:

How exactly am I supposed to do that when my stake is less than €1?

They took it a step further and replied that I could place many smaller bets to fulfill the requirement — really? Wagering many small bets, with stake less than 1eur, really?

I replied to that nonsense, and then they told me the issue might be due to the following:

-Try a different browser

-Clear cache and cookies

-Temporarily disable antivirus

-Disable VPN (if used)

-Disable ad blocker (if used)

Even though it was obvious these had nothing to do with the stake restriction, I still did what they said — cleared cookies, switched browsers, etc. I wasn’t using VPN or ad blockers anyway. As expected, the issue remained exactly the same.

I wrote back and explained this again. At this point, it became clear they weren’t just trying to deny me access to my money — they were outright humiliating me with these ridiculous instructions.

They replied saying they’re sorry for everything but that they can’t restore my sportsbook stake, and instead invited me to try their online casino games.

I told them that every message they send contradicts the last, and that now I only want to withdraw my money.

They replied (again) that I needed to wager my deposit 3x in bets to be eligible for withdrawal. So the humiliation continues.

I repeated my question once again:

How do you expect me to wager my deposit if my stake is under €1?

Their response?

Yet again, they invited me to try their casino games.

How can a company treat its customers this way and still operate? How has a website like this even continued to exist ?

This is not just bad service — it’s predatory and humiliating behavior.
