Withdrawal taking very long time

I have not used any bonuses when depositing. I made a withdrawal request of 1000 EUR 2026-05-29. The casino declined it three times, each time asking for additional documentation, one by one, instead of all documentation at once. I provided all required documentation, and my account is now fully verified since 2026-06-02. A new withdrawal request was made 2026-06-02. Casino policy is that withdrawals shall be pending for a maximum of three business days. My withdrawal has now been pending for four business days. The casino has no solution and cannot give any indication of when or if withdrawal will be approved.

I have supplied all uploaded documents as well as correspondence with the casino to Askgamblers over e-mail now, as proof that I have not breached term 12.10, as the casino is falsely claiming.
