Unpaid funds
I was trying to contact the customer support to inquire as to where my withdrawal was, email was bouncing back, site is down. Very difficult to communicate with them. I started a chat session, and was able to get in touch with support. Support then email me and I was able to respond. The problem is, when I ask when I will be paid, they do not answer the question. I have provided all the documentation for the withdrawal but have no date as to whether I will get paid. Will Dama NV ensure that all withdrawals are paid out? I received communication that the casino will close as of July 15th and to withdraw any account balances. Its difficult since the site is not up or support emails bouncing?
