I submitted a $2,000 redemption on April 23, 2026, at 12:12 AM.

My account is fully verified, and I have successfully completed multiple withdrawals of the same amount over the past few months. All prior withdrawals were processed within a few hours.

This current redemption has remained in “pending approval” for over 48 hours, which exceeds the operator’s stated 24-hour processing timeframe.

I have contacted support multiple times and only received general responses stating they are “looking into it,” without providing any explanation or timeline.

There have been no changes to my account, verification status, or withdrawal pattern that would justify this delay.

I am requesting that my redemption be approved and processed as soon as possible.
