Withdrawal pending for 4 months

At the end of May, more precisely 29.5.2026 I happened to win total of 1291€ from Juliet casino, and then made a withdrawal. Yet none of the money has been paid out; my withdrawal is still pending. I have asked multiple times during these months from the customer service what´s the problem with withdrawals, and I have always gotten the same answer: my query is forwarded to the payment department and I will get more information afterwards. I was also promised they would contact me with more information. No more information or contact has come from the casino. Now I got frustrated enough with the lack of cooperation from the casino and decided to make this complaint.

Juliebet withdrawal problem

Hello, I already made a complaint in casinoguru on juliebet, but they refuse to answer; it's looking really bad.

Okay so after juliebet released a very very lucrative-sounding bonus, I made a deposit, and as you can see from the screenshot i already made alot of deposits on the site, and as soon as I get my first win first withdrawal, for months they refuse to pay or contact me on email at all, in chat they keep promising to pay but nothing happens. Very bad way to scam in this business: offer a very good bonus and scam any wins that come from it.
