Unable to cashout from Jozz Casino 249k locked
I played at Jozz Casino in september this year and have a balance of 249,000€. I was asked to send in the following documents, which I did straight away
- ID
- Selfie with the casino logged in in the background of the picture
- Selfie holding the ID
- Skrill account details with a screenshot
After each document was submitted, I got information that it was confirmed and verified.
I have spoken with the chat support countless times since then and they have promised to call me several times over the last weeks. No call has been received even though they say that they have called me. Every time I go to the chat and ask why they have not called me, I get a new new promise that they will call me up within 30-40 minutes which never happens.
I have a literal fortune locked at this casino and I need help since I am not getting anywhere with the casino.
I have attached a screenshot of their verification page where it says that my documents are verified + a screenshot from the chat support saying that the account is verified. There is no email correspondence since they only use live chat, and it's not possible to check chat transcripts for older chats than the most recent one.
