I opened an account at this casino about a month ago I had take not taking any bonuses. And I won $1,900 Canadian I submitted all of the necessary verification and all of the necessary withdrawal verification which was approved on the 6th of October my withdrawal status in the account changed from pending to processed. So according to the casino on the 6th of October they sent me $1,900 Canadian I patiently waited 6 business days they told me it would take no more than three I have tried contacting them through life chat but it is not available I have also emailed them multiple times in the past 3 days without response and I have also called them but they never answer and their mailbox is full I'm not very good at using computers or cell phones but I have sent you emails of screenshots and I can send you whatever else you need please email me back and I will attach any documents that are necessary including my bank statements and Casino screenshots I also give you full permission to access my account and contact the casino on my behalf or my bank thank you sincerely

Today is October 18th the casino has been in contact with me on multiple occasions they seem polite, courteous and generally concerned they have sent me a picture of what seems to be a bank transaction with my information on it stating that they have wired me the money but unfortunately till as of right now no money is in my account I'm attaching an updated screenshot of my bank account transactions as proof if anything else required please feel free to let me know

This complaint has been reopened as per Jinnilotto Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Jinnlotto has paid me a long time ago and I am happy with the outcome I would like to close this complaint thank you
