Jeffbet Casino - Refund payment declined by Jeffbet

My payment was refunded by Muchbetter. After contacting customer service I was informed to contact my merchant which is Jeffbet, I will attach the screenshot.

After reaching out to Jeffbet I was told the PRD refused to process the payment, and that the only way was to pay through Muchbetter. I asked if it was from my end then I made a suggestion to give another Muchbetter account for the payment because they stated that Muchbetter is the only way to make payment.

Now it’s like they don’t want to comply or not because the customer service representative said what she have to say from that admin.

Pls. Help me look into this and let me get my earned money off their site
