JackpotBet closed my account

Jackpot.bet closed account without valid reason. When approached and asked why the account was being closed they cited their rights "at discretion". So shady. I have not broken any T&Cs nor given them any reason to close my account.

Would love some conversation regarding their actions and why they think it's justified.

Seeking resolution: account reopened and reinstated.

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

Not sure how to quantify value for upcoming airdrop (or even if it will have value considering jackpot.bet’s history) but I have 2.5M points.

Currently they owe me $45,000 for prior agreement and $330 on account at time of closure. Possibly more.
