Holding withdrawals

Its now been 5 days since i requested the withdrawl. I have gotten no updates from support and support is not very helpfull with helping. The only thing support says is "kindly ask you to wait" In the terms of service it says all withdrawls are handled within 24 hours in some rare cases 1-3 days. My account was fully verified within the first day so i dont see why my withdrawl are getting hold this long. Cant talk for sure. but Im sure the withdrawls will not be sent by tomorrow either so i make this complaint now that 5 days has passed. I will be more than glad to provide any more details if needed. And i will close this ticked if this is solved by the time this complaint get looked at.
