So I wrote to them the 7th July to ban me because of gambling addiction. But yesterday I could still log in and gamble, so I did and lost. When I write to the live support about this and that I want a refund, and I show them the prints from my email that I have sent the mail to them. They say that they never got any. They say that it is a problem from my side and I should check with the site that has my email. That is just a lie, because if that would be any problem from my side with my email it says error and that it couldn't be sent, so they just try to scam me. Here is a print from my email and I cut out my name for this print, but the ones I send to them there is my name mail address as well.
