Delayed withdrawal need help

Hello, I need help. I started playing on Igobet a month ago. I played with my deposit, never used any bonuses. After some successful bets, I decided to request a withdrawal on 13/07. When I contacted livechat support, they said that the withdrawals are processed within 48 hours. After 48 hours I contacted them and they said that all withdrawals are processed within 72 hours. But even after 72 hours I haven't received my funds. When I contacted livechat support, they told me that I should receive my funds within 2 hours. And when it didn't happen and I contacted them again, they changed their story and said that they cannot give me specific timeframe for the additional verification, I have to wait and if they need anything, they will contact me via email.

They changed their story so many times that I'm afraid of not getting my money at all. That's why I ask for your help.

Now I see that my withdrawals' status is 'refunded', but it's only 218 eur on my account instead of 2,5k eur... They stole my money and didn't even send an email about it.
