Fun Casino - Ignoring ny cashout request

Hello,
Let me start off by saying that this casino is most unprofessional casinos I have EVER played on. So, I make my first deposit and my 100% deposit match was not given nor was the 50 free spins they advertised. I go on chat and they finally add my 100% match bonus but not my free spins. I played through the bonus requirement and cashed out 1.55 bitcoins. I have emailed them and they have not responded, waited for them to come online which they ignored me over and over and over again. 1.55 bitcoins is a lot of money about $1,500.00. Ask gamblers please help me!

I am glad you managed to get your funds out of the casino, this is a start, i will follow up on the 50 free spins, possibly Maria made a type in her relay of the information to me so i will check with her on this.

After A lot of headache and frustration Fun-Casino has paid me my winnings. Just to clarify, I never cancelled any bonuses, this is not true and I recalled the the cash out request because the casino asked me to so that they can pay me in small amounts over time. As for the free spins you gave me 50 free spins not 500 which is a HUGE difference.

So i have been working with Maria at Fun Casino regarding your unresolved issue, herewith the feedback in this regard, and i quote.

"We have checked this player's profile. As far as I can see he has been given lots of bonuses some of which were cancelled by the player himself,
I am sorry but i cannot say at this late stage what the reason was that he wan't given automatically his 100% deposit bonus + 50 free spins but anyway he was given them later manually.

As for his cash-outs, so for now he doesn't have any in pending and all his previous cash-outs were paid successfully (maybe only he was notified to change the sums for lower ones to be paid in parts faster) as far as we pay according to the casino wallet refill

In the screen shot you see here some recalls it means player really changed the sums to withdraw"

So firstly from myself i would like to apologise profusely for your bonus not being paid out automatically, this was rectified though, although if any inconvenience as such we do apologise.
Secondly If any emails and chats were unanswered or only attended to in a late manner we apologise for this as well, i have been assured this will not happen again.

If any further amounts are outstanding, please do let me know because as far as we can see via the backend the balance is 0 and there are no any other pending cash-outs (showing the screen on the previous paid ones) and their total sum by the way was over 1.33 btc

So to conclude as a show of good faith we have issued you
