Delayed payment ibet casino

Ibet casino is delaying the payment of withdrawals for no reason and live chat is giving false information. My account was verified, after which I made a withdrawal. The withdrawal was rejected after 2 days, after which I put the amount for withdrawal again. I went to live chat and they promised to forward the matter to the relevant department from which I will receive a response within 24-48 hours. It has now been more than 3 days since this incident without any further information on the matter. I have submitted the requested documents and verified my account. I have also received many notifications that my withdrawal is being processed and will be approved within 48 hours, however this has not happened. My account has been verified and the withdrawal has been in "pending" status for 3 days without any further information about whether more documents are needed or why my withdrawal has still not been approved. I feel like I can't do anything about it at the moment.

Now my account was suddenly closed claiming that I had violated the casino's terms and conditions which of course I have not done. I have submitted the required documents and verified my account and without any further information my account was closed citing some rule violation. I don't know what to do.
