Deposit not added
After waiting for more than a week, my deposit has still not been credited to my account. This situation has become extremely frustrating, especially because I have contacted customer support several times and have not received any clear or helpful resolution. Instead of properly investigating the issue, I keep receiving the same repeated responses, without any real progress or explanation.
According to the support team, the transaction was supposedly sent using Dogecoin and should have been received within approximately five minutes. However, this does not reflect my experience, as the funds have still not appeared in my account after many days. I have checked all relevant wallet details and transaction information, and everything appears to have been sent correctly from my side. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.
What concerns me most is the lack of transparency and meaningful communication. Instead of acknowledging the delay or providing evidence of the transaction being successfully completed, I am repeatedly given the same scripted replies. This makes it very difficult to understand what has actually happened with my funds.
At this point, I am left uncertain about whether the transaction is truly being investigated or simply being dismissed. As a customer, I expect clear communication, proper support, and timely resolution, especially when it involves financial transactions. Unfortunately, I have not experienced that level of service in this case.
I strongly advise other users to be very cautious and to carefully consider their options before depositing funds, as my personal experience has been highly disappointing so far. I hope this issue can still be resolved fairly and that my deposit will eventually be credited or properly refunded, but at the moment, the situation remains unresolved and concerning.
