Missing deposit of 40 Euros

Hello,
I made a deposit of 40 euros by immediate bank transfer but it was not credited to my player account. The money has left my bank account, the proof has been sent to customer service by livechat, but still no return by email. Furthermore, it turns out that after I registered and deposited I found that this site had a false license, at the bottom of their page they say they are licensed in the United Kingdom, then below Curaçao, when I asked the question in livechat I was not answered and they avoided the question.
I think I've been robbed...

Following another email from me, they have finally credited the missing deposit to my player account. This doesn't change anything in my opinion of this casino, but my case is settled. You can close the complaint, thank you very much for your help.
