Withdrawal delayed for several days despite full verification

I would like to file a complaint regarding delayed and unprocessed withdrawals.
I submitted my first withdrawal request on October 12. According to the casino’s own terms, all withdrawal requests should be processed within 24 hours. However, nothing happened even after this period.
I contacted the casino’s live chat support — the agent was polite and informed me that the case had been escalated and I could expect approval within 30–40 minutes. When there was still no progress, I reached out again. I was then asked to provide a screenshot of my crypto deposit and a proof of address, which I immediately submitted.
Despite completing all requested verifications, my first withdrawal was never processed. On October 16, I submitted another withdrawal request to withdraw my remaining balance, as I decided not to continue playing with this casino. This second withdrawal also remains unprocessed.
When I contacted support again today, I was simply told to wait — without any further explanation or timeframe.
The casino is clearly breaching its own terms and conditions, which specify that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. My account is fully verified, and I have attached a screenshot confirming this.
I kindly ask AskGamblers for assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my funds are released as soon as possible.
