Mr Slot Casino - Error when requesting my withdrawal

I try to make a withdraw from my account by bankwire but unable to. This is not my first time withdraw at Mr Slot casino ,as my previous withdraw i suppose to receive my money by a mailing cheque but they had email me saying they are no longer having this as withdraw method so they have to bank wire me the fund on my first time withdraw. The first time withdraw they ask me to provide all my bank details so they could wire me the fund which i did reicve it already .
This time when i try to make a withdrawal there is a part on their withdraw page ask to provide a bank address as i had type in my bank address this time and try to request a withdraw there is a pop up message keep saying Än expectiong Error had occurred "i don't know why this happen this time as my last withdraw by bankwire i just need to email over my bank detail and the support will help me to send it to their finical department and i am able to reicve my payment ..

This time i had email to them many time i am unable to get any respone could you please help me out

Due to technical problems Mr Slot Casino didn't receive AskGamblers complaints notifications and wasn't aware of the ongoing complaint. AskGamblers Complaints Team grants another 96h until all technical problems are resolved.

Hi Julianna,

we are really sorry for this misstake and delay in your withdraw.
The issue should now have been sorted by the support team and finance department and you should have your money on your account.
The money where wired to you the 17 November.
