Won 1500 sent all verification details everything was approved. Winnings was processed on the 18.4.2018 was paid on the 21.4.2018 was told it would be in my bank account within the week its now 4.5.2018 and still nothing. Ive emailed the finance team numerous times with no reply got on to chat to see if they can tell me anything with no luck and to see if they can trace it . i was then told to email the fiance team again

I checked your account and I see the payment was already sent off, before you issued this complaint: 04/21 Paid AUD$1400 + AUD $20 Service Fee Wire III transaction 16881740. I would expect by now, the funds should be reflected in your account.

Regarding the $80 shortfall on your withdrawal, this is because you received a bonus (BESTGAME (1 of 9999))--all bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
