Unable to withdraw even though account is verified


Unfortunately, this casino continues to refuse withdrawal.

I have contacted support on multiple occasions (Email only as they have no live chat or phone numbers and they take a long time to get back)

I had been previously advised that my account is Verified and I can withdraw by a member of staff called "Declan"

However, when attempting I waited the 72-hour pending period just for my £2000 to be returned to my account without any notification or error.

The Casino has so much documentation from me (ID, Paypal details, Card photos, Utility bills etc), there is nothing left to give and they have assured me that I am allowed to withdraw. Yet it continues to fail.

Now I'm not even allowed to "request a withdrawal" and just errors saying contact support....

When doing so, my emails seem to just go into a black hole.

As an update, GBC replied to my email saying I can withdraw.
However, again its not letting me with an error saying contact support, additional checks need to be done.
I have replied informing them that it still doesn't work.

Still waiting for resolution.
