Delayed €800 payment

Made a pure deposit here and played, withdrew 800 euros on the 9th. It's the 11th now and my withdrawal is still not processed. Support is useless, just repeating that I should wait. This casino promotes instant payouts and they are far from it. I want my withdrawal processed, I don't see what the issue is. I made a pure deposit, played only slots, and my account is verified.
