Gowin Casino - Never credited my deposit

I deposited $20 and was supposed to get a sign up bonus of 200% bonus and spins. I deposited and got a confirmation screen with order refrrence number I8NKD29382705 and payment reference# 4182563254 (which I took a screen shot of). I didn't end up getting any money deposited into my casino account at all. I brought it up to live chat, and was instructed to email support. I did this and gave them pictures with the order reference number and payment reference number as well as a bank statement (with transaction # from my bank 821504148783) showing that I had the money deducted from my bank account. Go win casino keeps insisting that my payment never went through evendors though i have substantial proof that I've given them. I've gotten absolutely nowhere with them trying to resolve this.b and am very frustrated having them basically call me a liar when they are stealing from me. I don't know what else to do because it's quit clear the money was taken from me and it's quit clear they are doing nothing to rectify this situation.

OK can u tell me what's going on because in an email I received I was supposed to get it back in my account in 3 business days. I deposited on Aug. 3 It's been well well over that, going on 10 days so I don't know what's going on but obviously its not much.
