Waiting for withdraw 1097eur

Withdraw funds- 1097euro

Hello, at first my account was fully verified. First withdrawal was ok. I received my funds.

After This, I deposit new funds. Then I won 1097euro.

I used button for withdrawal. Waiting about 2-3 days and then casino declined my request.

That They need to send new documents. I don't understand when my account is verified.

Ok I sent new docs and again waiting. My document was accepted and I made new withdrawal. After one day again declined.

I checked mail and casino wants again new document again. I must make video with all documents. I have been Gambling for about 10 years and have never seen this.

Video was sent and casino told me I must wait 30 days!

Is it normal? Btw they are sending me everyday that I have balance on my account and why I am not playing? Or that I can split balance and withdraw less money… no I want all my funds.
