Withdrawal pending for eight days and counting
Hello,
I have serious troubles to get my money and even a single answer from GoralBet Casino. Everything went smoothly, account verification was fast etc., until the withdrawals. The first withdrawal was finally processed after some time. The second one I made on Sunday 22.9. and it is still pending after eight days.
The second withdrawal's status shows as "New" at the transaction history. I tried to cancel it thinking that maybe I'll make a new withdrawal using bank account, but the site does not allow me to cancel it.
I've sent them emails about the issue - No response
Messages via website - No response
Tried to reach them via chat - Got a hold of a person on Thursday 26.9. saying, that they are trying to resolve the issue in the next 24 hours and that I would be informed via email. I haven't received such an email, my messages via website nor my chat messages have not been answered.
It's like no one is working at their customer service anymore.
If there is something, that I'm required to do or if I have violated some terms (not that I'm aware of) I obviously don't know that, because no one answers me.
