Impossible to pass verification process to withdraw funds
Dear @Askgamblers Team,
Since 15.11.2025 I have an issue verifying my account. So 14.11.2025 I requested withdraw and it was declined. The support needs additional verification documents which is absolutely understandable, but since that day till now (29.11.2025) they haven't wanted to verify my account. Firstly they constantly wanted additional documents, currently since I think 5-6 days they have been constantly rejecting the document which they expect me to provide. When I'm asking what type of document they expect me to provide I receive in chat information that this one which I've already sent few times and when I upload this document the next day they reject this document. When I'm asking by mail they always send me copy/paste message which doesn't answer my question. Contact with them on chat is like writing with bots, they constantly write the same and nothing happens. I was really patient with them but as @Askgamblers team can see it will lead me nowhere so I'm starting this complaint.
I've already provided:
- front and back id
- Crypto deposit confirmation
- Skrill deposit confirmation
- Skrill 1 month statement
- Skrill 3 month statement
- Source of funds confirmation
I'm asking @Goldzino to specify why document that you want me to provide has been rejected 3 times without any explanation and to provide me with detailed information on what you want me to provide to finally verify my account?
