I am writing to report an issue regarding a payout from the Golazzo online casino. My withdrawal request was processed on Monday, June 29, 2026; however, the funds have not yet arrived in my bank account. Furthermore, the casino refuses to provide proof of the transfer to confirm that the transaction actually took place.
Despite communicating with the casino on multiple occasions, I have not received the payment, and their refusal to provide the transfer receipt prevents me from verifying or confirming the transfer of funds. This situation is causing me significant financial loss, and it raises the suspicion that the casino does not intend to fulfill its payment obligation.
