Dear Sir or Madam,

My casino account was suspended for a period of 16 days. I understand that this decision lies entirely with the operator and I do not dispute it. However, I am writing regarding the withdrawal of my remaining balance.

Despite the account being closed, I still have €200 in available funds. For over 16 days now, I have been trying to obtain clear information about when these funds will be released to me. Unfortunately, I have not received any concrete timeline or explanation.

I would like to point out that no verification documents have been requested from me, nor have I been informed of any actions required on my part. Each response I receive only further delays the matter without resolving it.

I have attached a screenshot of my previous correspondence with your support team for reference. I kindly ask for a clear update and confirmation of when my funds will be paid out.
