GemBet confiscate my full money

Hello, my account on gem.bet is verified and my first two withdrawals I got without problems. Now I have 167 Euro on my account and I did a withdrawal request of about 100 Euro today. One hour later my account was closed. Went to chat and they told me, that as a professional sports player I broke their terms and conditions. I am definitely not a professional sports player. They say something without proof. They should proof me, that I am a professional player. I play my sport as a hobby. Why do they come with this now? It looks to me, that this is a scam company to search for reasons to not payout customers' money. Please help me here.
