£25 paid for £94 withdrawal

I have played a no deposit bonus at this casino, I successfully met all terms which included a playthrough and a maximum £70 cashout. I spoke to support who advised that I had to make a deposit of £25 in order to withdraw anything. Also, advised this could be withdrawn straight away.

So, I deposited the £25 (with the £69.xx) so I had a nice £94. I requested to withdraw and it all went through but upon processing, they decided they were going to only payout the £25 and not the rest.

I feel utterly conned and misinformed. If there was any issue the bonus amount should have been removed from balance, meaning that I made no deposit and not having issues. I would like the remaining £69 via Neteller as agreed.
