Gamix.bet Casino - Refusing to verify my account despite me providing documents in line with their terms

I am having very bad issues with Gamix.bet.
They have rejected both my utility Bill and my bank statement. When I pointed out they meet the terms and conditions and requirements listed in their terms the agent just said 'We do not accept these companies'.... This is madness. I have provided the documents here for askgamblers.
The utility provider is enovos (biggest company in lux) and my bank statement is from AIB, one of the biggest banks in the world?
It is not reasonable for a casino to reject on this basis. I obviously do not have endless amounts of utility bills. The casino will also not specify which companies they do and don't approve proof of addresses for. If they had specified this in their terms and conditions (whilst I do not agree with it), I would not have signed up.
I have my phone and internet bill (by a different company) and another bank, but I feel I need askamblers to help mediate as I fear the 'casino' may just claim they do not accept documents from 'this' company.
Please help. I have never encountered this before, it is very suspect and unreasonable and you can see the casino is not really willing to help resolve.
