Gamegram disabled my account when I won big

I deposited 60$ with ethereum on gamegram.com with no bonus.

I won a bit and when I made first withdrawal of 400$ they asked to verify ID. I did that and got approved and they completed the withdrawal.

I kept playing with the remaining money and I won around 6k. At this point I made a second withdrawal of 700$. While waiting for the withdrawal to get processed I kept playing and I ran it up to around 14k. At this point they disabled my account without explanation.

When I asked them they said they needed more documents from me and for security reasons they could not tell me the reason for the account closure.

They kept asking for documents one at a time with 24-48 hours between and I provided them directly. Once all provided I waited 3 days without answer, and finally they said that they had "received" the documents and would "begin" reviewing at that point. They said it might take long time and there is no ETA.

This was in contrast to what they had been telling me the whole time that it would take 24-48 hours to verify.

Since then I have not heard anything from them and it has been 10 days since this process started. I feel that they are just delaying this and I am worried that I will not get my money even though I know that I have done nothing wrong. I have not used vpn, multiple accounts, deposit bonus or anything like that.

I have read other complaints about this casino and this is always the point where they simply stop answering. And people wait for months without any resolution. I don't want that to happen to me so I beg you to please ask them to make a decision.

I can not express how much this money means to me. I refresh my gmail many times per day. This situation is stressing me out to the point where I feel sick to my stomach.

If the amount is an issue for them I am willing to negotiate to only receive a partial payout. Not because this is fair, but because I just want to get something.

I beg you please, don't let them do to me what they have done to other players. This is my whole life they are holding in their hands.

I don't know if attaching files here are private, so once we proceed I can email you my correspondence with them.
