I joined this casino last night and deposited money. I won £130 ( initially ) I tried to withdraw this but I was blocked and when I asked live chat I was told he couldn't unblock me from withdrawing but would raise an issue. I initially thought it was because I had not deposited with my card as used Paypal so I even made a card deposit of £15 taking my balance to £145 and this still didn't work. The discussion did not result in me been told I was self excluded or anything to that matter the person didn't seem to know why I couldn't withdraw

With no way to withdraw I ended up spending it and I was extremely annoyed the casino allowed me to deposit happily but didn't allow me with withdraw therefore allowing me to spend my winnings I had accumulated. I deposited £30 via PayPal and then the £15 by card so that I could try and withdraw to my card.

Anyway today just hours later my account has been closed citing I had self excluded from one of their associated casinos, this now makes me believe the withdrawal issue was linked to been self excluded somewhere else

Naturally I've not self excluded anywhere personally recently and I've actually been opening previously self excluded accounts back up. I do have an issue today where another casino has reopened an accounts and re-closed it after establishing I was self excluded in the past somewhere else. They couldn't tell me a date just it was in the past with an "associated company" sadly not helpful

I've contacted live chat again today and been told account is closed due to self excluding, they couldn't tell me who but advised it was today. This is not the case at all and I believe that what ever the linked casino is from the past as such the casino should never have been allowed to be opened.. It is not a duplicate account it is a brand new account. I'm not on gamstop and I do not know what casino gamebookers own to establish where I am self excluded and if they can't tell me the associated company I will not know either. They have this information to exclude me

I would like my deposits back on the basis I'm ( apparently ) self excluded in the past on one of their "associated" companies and therefore my account should have been blocked instantly. I dont use different personal details and my email address etc is unchanged from the past
