Withholding £3,000 withdrawal
Set up new account on May 17, deposited £1650 total. Made £3000 withdrawal 24 hours later and have yet to receive the funds.
Fun Casino requested Enhanced Due Diligence a short time after the withdrawal request. I’ve submitted all items requested (and more) and they still make excuses / don’t respond.
Their latest request was a pdf of my revolut account, which I provided 8 days ago. They have not responded to me since. It’s now 6 weeks and it’s clear they are defrauding me.
