Good time of day. The casino confiscated my winnings. At the begining, the status of my withdrawal was approved. Later, I received email that players from my country were prohibited for playing in the casino fruits4real. I want to understand what happened. Before I started the game I read terms and conditions. I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. Paragraph 3.5 of terms does not specify Belarus as a prohibited country for the game. There is paragraph 3.5 “3.5. F4R does not allow the opening of accounts or accept real money gaming from players located in the following countries: Belgium (BE), Serbia (RS), Denmark (DK), United Kingdom (UK), Cyprus (CY), Sweden (SE), Curaçao (former Netherlands Antilles), Hungary (HUN), Netherlands (NL), Canada (CA), France (FR), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Turkey (TR), Israel (IL), Ukraine (UA), Slovakia (SK), Mauritius (MU), Czech Republic (CZ), Moldova (MD), Philippines (PH), United States of America (US) and all of its territories such as American Samoa (AS), Virgin Islands (American) (VI), Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM).”
I consider that fruits4real invent the reasons to refuse to me payment of my 408,5€. I consider that the casino has no right to mislead the consumer. I ask casino to pay me 408,5€.
