Free spins missing


They keep giving me the round around first saying they had to get a manager to approve my missing 30 free spins and now they claim to be updating their systems. I have been fighting for over a week to get the spins I was promised and no one ever helps. Live help gets snappy with me when I ask. Than go on to tell me just to give up and take a deposit bonus instead. Which I refuse. I refuse to take a deposit bonus when I am fighting to get the free spins I was already promised! The live help doesn't listen to a word I say and continually repeaditly try's to offer me a deposit bonus instead of fixing the main issue at hand

FYI, the spins on the 1st were not free spins, I had 0.16 cents in my balance and I did a spin of 0.10 cents and won 10 cents than did another and lost... so no I did NOT get free spins on the first as you claim here is my proof in my game history notice the free rounds show here as $0.00 for a bet, where as games I've played and paid for show a bet amount of $0.10 ... therefore I paid money for the spins on the game on the 1st...
