Fortune Coins Casino - Fortune Coins Stole My Money

I don't know if my first complaint went through. I redeemed a 100 dollars from fortune on 10/10/24. They have lost my money and they cannot give me any information about it. I threatened to dispute the transactions because it has been almost two months. Now they are fighting the transactions saying I made the purchase. I know i made the purchase. They won't give me my redemption money. The bank says because it's a debit transaction and not a credit transaction they won't move forward on the dispute and I need to get the money from Fortune. I can't believe they can't help me.

No redemption payout

On May 16, 2026, I purchased a $5.00 package on Fortune Coins Casino using my card. I subsequently won $50.00 and submitted a redemption request for my winnings. As a fully verified member of your platform, identity verification was not an issue.

I chose the standard ACH method for my redemption, which, according to your platform's guidelines, should route the funds back to the card I used for the initial purchase. Fortune Coins approved my redemption on May 16, 2026, and updated the status on my transaction page to "Paid."

Your platform states that standard ACH redemptions take 3 to 5 business days to process. As of today, May 28, 2026, it has been 8 business days (and 12 calendar days) since the transaction was marked as paid, and the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.

I have already submitted three support tickets regarding this issue. Each time, I received a automated or brief response stating that the team would look into it, but I have received no further updates or resolution.

I played fairly on your platform using my own funds, and I deserve to receive my winnings in a timely manner. Because the support system is currently not allowing me to attach files to this ticket, please reply with a direct email address or an open upload link so that I can provide screenshots proving both my initial purchase and your platform's transaction ledger marking this redemption as "Paid."

I request that this matter be escalated to a supervisor and resolved immediately. Please confirm the exact trace number or transaction ID for this ACH transfer so I can follow up with my bank, or alternatively, re-issue the payment to my account.
