Subject: Unjustified delay in withdrawal payment – urgent request for intervention

I wish to report a seriously improper behavior by this online casino. On October 5, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €103, which has still not been credited after three full days of waiting. During my conversation with the support team (see attached transcript), I was informed that “the withdrawal queue is long” and that “the 24-hour timeframe is no longer valid.” In response to the arbitrary withholding of my funds, I was merely offered 10 free spins as an “apology,” with no clear timeframe or verifiable reason for the delay.

This conduct represents a clear violation of player rights and of the transparency principles that any properly regulated operator should uphold. It is unacceptable to retain legitimately won funds without providing a defined payment timeframe or any documented justification for the ongoing “manual checks.”

I hereby publicly request through AskGamblers:

The immediate processing and release of my €103 withdrawal to the original payment method.

A formal commitment from the casino to respect its declared payout timelines going forward.

Should this issue remain unresolved, I reserve the right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and make this case public across all major player protection platforms.
