Deposited crypto casino want to pay via my bank

I won 7500 EUR on the casino 2nd Welcome Deposit Offer, I deposited in crypto, I was asked to produce the obligatory ID requirements, Photo ID and proof of address (utility bill) and selfie ID.
I was then alarmed when they also wanted a copy of my personal bank statement, I found this odd as if it was needed to ascertain proof of address they had already had this in the form of a utility bill, I reluctantly sent it anyway.
I was then told several days later that my withdrawal to crypto was cancelled and that the ONLY way I could receive the winnings were via the IBAN associated with the bank account they had the statement for.
I was extremely outraged by this, as the whole reason I deposited crypto was to avoid involving my personal bank account.
I explained that my bank would likely close my account down for fraud if a credit that big was dumped into the account from an online gambling company, especially where no corresponding deposit was made beforehand.
I explained they are breaching AML regs as well, the payment for that reason HAS to come back to the original method (crypto)
Please can you contact the operator to simply pay me via crypto, there is no way my bank will keep my account open if this payment hits my bank account, they will close the account.

Thank you for your patience while this matter was being reviewed.

We would like to confirm that, following the completion of all required compliance and security checks, a withdrawal amount of EUR 4,000 was approved and processed on January 16 via cryptocurrency, in line with the player’s original deposit method.
The player should have already received these funds.

The remaining pending withdrawals, for a total amount of EUR 3,487, are scheduled to be approved and processed starting from January 23, in accordance with the casino’s applicable weekly withdrawal limits.

We would also like to clarify that the earlier discussions regarding alternative payment methods were part of internal compliance reviews, which have now been fully resolved. The withdrawals are being completed via cryptocurrency as requested.

We trust this update clarifies the situation and demonstrates our commitment to resolving the matter fairly and transparently.
