Very long withdrawal period

After depositing €1700, I requested a withdrawal of €2000 on March 21st at 1:13 AM. My account was verified. Support told me that withdrawals are processed within 1 hour, then they said a maximum of 24 hours (which is stated in the Terms and Conditions). It's been 57 hours now and I still haven't received anything. They say they're doing their best, but all they're giving me are excuses.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

You were advised to submit a new withdrawal request, which you did on March 24th. The processing timeframe always applies to the active withdrawal request, not to the initial request that was canceled.
. Balance Visibility: On our platform, withdrawal amounts are not deducted from the playable balance until the request is fully approved and processed. This is a deliberate system design to ensure security, accuracy, and flexibility in case of technical or payment issues. At no point is there any intention to pressure players to continue playing or to cause them to lose their funds.
. Gameplay and Balance: Following your withdrawal request, you continued to play and have used the entire balance. As a result, there are no funds currently available for withdrawal.
. Payout Policy: We operate under a 100% payout policy, and all legitimate withdrawals are processed in full accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any delays are due to routine internal checks, including compliance verification, security assessments, and coordination with payment providers, which are necessary to ensure safe and secure transactions.

First of all, if these incompetents had processed withdrawals within the timeframes stipulated in their terms and conditions, I wouldn't have played again. I'd been waiting for my withdrawal for over five days, and now they're going to claim it wasn't processed because I gambled everything away, which is EXACTLY WHAT THEY EXPECTED. I gambled everything away on March 29th, even though my withdrawal was dated March 24th and my initial withdrawal was on March 21st. They haven't respected the terms and conditions, as it doesn't state that the processing time can exceed 24 hours. I therefore request a refund of the €1700 I deposited on their platform since they violated their own rules. It's THEFT to not respect the deadlines; to this day, if I hadn't gambled the money away, I'm not even sure they would have paid me. This casino is a place to avoid at all costs! They take your money but don't give it back. It's disgusting!
