Still waiting on my withdrawal from February 14th

I requested a withdraw of my winnings on February 14th. I deposited the money with my debit card. Their policy is that the money gets put back into my checking account within 3 to 5 business days of withdraw request. It is now February 24 and I still haven't received my money. I tried several times to contact them through their online chat but there wasn't anybody available. On February 22nd I finally reached a representative. I told them my issue. They said that I should have my money on the 23rd which did not happen. Now I'm still having a problem contacting them because nobody is ever available to chat with. There's no phone number to call and actually speak to anyone.
