Account Closure and confiscated funds

Created an account on this site a few weeks ago. Made a few deposits and had no issues until I requested my first withdrawal. After my requested withdrawal it took them 4 days to «investigate». My wins of total 82 dollars was suddenly confiscated because of Multi accounting. I knew for a fact that noone in my household or any family member has made an account so after back and forth in Livechat they refered to:

8.4.3.4. Syndicate Betting; which refers to circumstances where Account Holders act together to place a series of Bets on the same event, competition or other occurrence in relation to which the Bet(s) are undertaken. Account Holders should consider that placing Bets on the same event, competition, or other occurrence in relation to which the Bet(s) are undertaken from more than one Registered Account and/or from the same IP address to get better betting limits and/or livebet grace time, may be considered Syndicate Betting. If the Company suspects Syndicate Betting, the Company reserves the right to close the relevant Registered Accounts, reduce betting limits, confiscate Winnings, cancel placed Bets (even if decided), withhold payment of Winnings, pending the outcome of subsequent investigations.

I have not under any circumstances placed a series of bets with other users or whatever this means. I placed my bets on the biggest leagues in Europe and of course someone else will place on the same game?! The fact that a Casino can just confiscate winnings like this because of their opinion is very shady and this needs to be brought to light of this new bookmaker. I want to request GDPR and proof if this nonsense.

I appreciate you guys checking one more time and located this error. Im fine with you guys closing my account when you have the right to do so, even tho I enjoyed the site and did nothing wrong. Anyway Askgamblers you can close this. I have recieved the remaining funds.

After reviewing the case again, we have identified an error in our evidence-gathering process. We take this matter seriously, and as a result, we are committed to improving our procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.

Given the mistake, we have decided to refund the confiscated funds to the customer. Our operations team will process the refund today and inform the customer once the payment has been completed.

However, in line with our Terms and Conditions, specifically clause 3.2.1 (i), we will exercise our right to keep the account closed. This clause allows us to close accounts without providing a specific justification.

We will also be sharing further details with AskGamblers about this case in a non-public manner.

« including the use of the same cryptocurrency wallet for payouts and nearly identical IP addresses» That a new one! I have never heard about a Casino confiscating funds because of nearly Identical IP adresses! The claim about me and another user is using the same cryptocurrency wallet is straight up a lie! Im more than happy to provide txids from my wallet I used to deposit and withdraw with. This is straight up false information.
