I have requested for my withdrawal on the 05/11/2024 yet my withdrawal not processed.
I have contacted the customer service multiple times no outcome.
Also I have sent my documents for verification so I don’t know why my with had been placed on pending till then.

Hello,
I received a email on my Emirbet account that my withdrawal was declined due to technical issues with payment provider that I should make used of other withdrawal payment method. But First,
Emirbet have 4 payment method which are Neteller, Mifinity, Ezeewallet and Muchbetter
Not all this payment method are available in my country so I have just Neteller and Mifinity well registered and verified. The issue now is that I can't make a withdrawal on Emirbet using Mifinity maybe due to issues. my recent withdrawal was on Neteller which was just declined, so I don't know how I will get my money off there. Also I will proceed to make a withdrawal again using Neteller
I will upload my Neteller and Mifinity account Screenshot below so that my withdrawal can be paid into anyonee Mifinity or Neteller which is available at there end.
