EmberBet Casino - Confiscated 500 euros

I submitted a withdraw on the 11th of July, the amount was €500. My balance was €600 but as per bonus terms the maximum was €500. This is fine. I put in a withdraw request and it was denied and confiscated today, 14th of July.
The reason for the confiscation was very vague so I cannot give much information about it. I was only cited many paragraphs from the terms and conditions found at https://emberbet.io/info/terms_and_conditions :

I asked the operator to provide a reason since it is unclear why my winnings were confiscated.
However, as of now I have no received any clarification. The cited terms list everything from identity and bank fraud to cheating and bonus abuse. While I am certain I have not done any of the listed things, I am not quite understanding what is the reason for confiscating the winnings.
I accepted a bonus upon depositing which was offered by the site upon depositing, and to my understanding did not break rules wagering it. I have fully verified myself before.
