delay payment

As a VIP player I should have increased withdrawal limits. But as soon as I won , no one respond or support me with this. The operator finally respond today that I will get 500 eur per week and withdrawals will be done 17th of july , 23rd of july and 30th of july. Thats 1500 eur Total. I also have 2400 eur that cant be withdrawed now since the limit is 1500 eur in waiting withdrawals.

In the terms and conditions it says maximum withdrawal is 3000 eur per day. So I dont accept this . Its not fair, I can deposit up to 5000 eur but not withdrawal? The VIP manager also said I could just write emails and they would support and help me. And the website says I can have increased withdrawal limits by VIP manager. But manager hasnt respond in 8 days. First when I lost my deposit they wrote 2 days after eachother . Now when I want my benefits and get my withdrawals its just done as hard as possible for me. Very dissapointed of this way of acting
