DraftKings Spotsbook New York - I want my withdrawal

I made recent deposits into my DraftKings account and had total of $94.19 to use contest in the games.
But unfortunately my account got suspended without any clear reason. I did not violate any rules.
I am currently out of my state and presently in Oregon which I believe accessing the gambling site is legal from Oregon state. I have no clue how this could have violate the terms of use.

I've been made aware that am not eligible for any withdrawal and there is no timeframe to access my money.
This is totally wrong, they are holding my money without any clear reason. I need my recent deposits to be refunded back to my original payment or they should process my withdrawal to my PayPal email.

I have been a member for several months and never had any issues. But right now they have blocked my access to my account with enough balance in it. I need refund to my original payments or process my withdrawal.
